1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vehicore Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U63119DL2026PTC464704, GSTIN: 07AAMCV0241R1ZT), a Private Limited Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, operating the brand "MyParivahan" at myparivahan.com (collectively, the "Platform"). MyParivahan is a privately operated platform and is NOT affiliated with any government authority. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
MyParivahan provides the following vehicle-related services: vehicle RC (Registration Certificate) details lookup using publicly available government data, e-challan search and status check, car and bike insurance comparison and purchase facilitation (through partner PolicyBazaar), FASTag recharge facilitation (through partner Paytm), new car information including prices specifications and reviews, car service history reports, car loan EMI calculator, used car selling facilitation, car and bike accessories marketplace. MyParivahan acts as an intermediary under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 for certain services.
3. User Obligations
Users agree to: provide accurate information when using our services, use the Platform only for lawful purposes, not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, not use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform, not share false vehicle registration numbers or personal information, comply with all applicable Indian laws while using the Platform.
4. Vehicle Information Disclaimer
Vehicle information displayed on MyParivahan is sourced from publicly available government databases (Parivahan/VAHAN) and third-party data providers. MyParivahan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Vehicle details are provided "as is" and users should verify critical information independently. MyParivahan is not responsible for any inaccuracies in data provided by government or third-party sources.
5. Third-Party Services
Certain services on our Platform are provided by third-party partners: Insurance services are facilitated by PolicyBazaar (you will be redirected to PolicyBazaar to complete purchase). FASTag recharge is facilitated by Paytm (you will be redirected to Paytm to complete recharge). Challan payment processing is handled by PayU Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. Car service history reports are sourced from OEM data providers. MyParivahan acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the products, services, or policies of these third-party partners. Users are subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties when using their services.
6. Payments and Transactions
For paid services (such as service history reports or accessories): all payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes, MyParivahan does not store your payment card details, successful payment will be confirmed via email or SMS, payment gateway charges if any will be clearly displayed before transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design is the property of MyParivahan or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: MyParivahan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service. We are not liable for losses arising from use of third-party services accessed through our Platform. We are not liable for any action taken by government authorities based on vehicle information.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyParivahan, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of any third-party rights, or any illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
11. Modifications
MyParivahan reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
