Digital Products

Digital products (service history reports, premium features) are delivered electronically via email or in-app within the specified delivery timeframe. Standard delivery: within 24 hours. Express delivery: within 2 hours. Delivery time starts from the moment payment is confirmed.

Physical Products (Accessories)

We ship across India through our logistics partners. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days depending on location. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Order tracking information will be shared via SMS and email once shipped. Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Undelivered orders will be returned and a refund will be processed minus shipping charges.
